The cold temperatures are out of here and the “golf bug” is spreading quickly. It is that time to knock the rust off the clubs and start getting prepared for the golf season.

To that end, the Southern Pines Men’s Golf Association has scheduled its Annual Membership Drive Scramble for March 6th at The Hills Course. The entry fee for the scramble is $50 of which $25 goes towards the member’s annual MGA dues. Teams will be determined by the Pros and all male golfers, age 18 and over, are welcome to join.

October 11th @ Calvert -- MGA Alternate Shot tournament
 
November 1st @ Pine Hills -- MGA Pick Your Sticks One-Man Scramble
 

Also, elections for the MGA Board for next year will take place following the tournament on November 1st.  Anyone interested in a position on the MGA Board should submit their name to Dave Dubuy prior to October 28th.
